At Ambros Daytona, we prioritize your comfort, safety, and overall experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review the following hotel policies and guest responsibilities.


General Policies

To streamline your check-in process, we require full payment upon arrival. Please have your payment method ready.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our quiet hours, especially in and around guest rooms. Playing music in guest areas is not permitted, as it may disturb others.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas, as well as near guest accommodations.


Pet Policy

We love animals—but to maintain a clean and comfortable experience for everyone, pets are only permitted in designated rooms with prior reservation. Please contact us in advance to check availability.


Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, we ask that you take care of your belongings and room:

  • Ambros Daytona does not assume liability for lost or damaged personal items. We recommend securing valuables appropriately.

  • Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the property, including:

    • Wine or beverage stains

    • Burns on fabric or furniture

    • Cuts or other physical damage to the room


Liability and Safety

To protect the integrity of our space and our guests’ experiences:

  • We reserve the right to deny admission or request early departure if policies are violated.

  • Ambros Daytona is not liable for any personal injury sustained on the premises, including during use of amenities or transit across the property.

  • We are also not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during off-site tours or excursions not managed by Ambros Daytona.

Cancellation Policy

At Ambros Daytona, we value transparency and clear communication. Please review our hotel cancellation terms carefully to avoid any misunderstandings before your arrival.


Standard Cancellation Policy

We maintain a strict non-refundable reservation policy. Once your booking is confirmed, the following terms apply:

  • All reservations are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • You may request date changes only if submitted at least 8 days in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 8 days before check-in will result in complete forfeiture of your advance payment.

  • If you choose to leave earlier than scheduled, any unused nights are non-refundable.

  • In the case of a no-show, the entire reservation amount will be charged and will not be refunded.


COVID-19 Exception Policy

We understand that unexpected health-related issues may impact your plans. To support our guests during the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we offer the following conditional exception:

  • If your cancellation occurs within 8 days of check-in due to COVID-19, we will reopen your reservation for rebooking.

  • If another guest rebooks the beds, your advance payment will be credited toward a future reservation within the next 12 months.

  • To qualify, you must submit proof of a positive COVID-19 test result.
